About the role
In this role as an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for: Supervising staff members who interact with the public and evaluates complaints and other allegations of potential misconduct related to Federal securities laws, rules and regulations. Enforcing federal securities laws, sets priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Recommending promotions or reassignments; hearing and resolving complaints; mentoring and trainings staff; and identifying development and training opportunities for employees. Participating with other supervisors in the management of the office, consulting with and advising senior managers on administrative matters relating to budget, personnel, and office procedures Managing and coordinating the work of teams, which can include attorneys, accountants, experts and support staff, and performs a full range of supervisory duties.
