Director, Clinical Operations and Strategy

THE OPPORTUNITY Join the team transforming how we deliver musculoskeletal care by leading the engine that powers our clinical operations. We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Clinical Operations leadership team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. In this role, you will be a key leader in strengthening our care team as we continue innovating on the delivery of care enabled by advanced technology. You will lead efficiency-driving initiatives, including the adoption of technology and ongoing performance improvements across our health coaches, physical therapists, and other care team members. As a Director, you will ensure consistency across all care team processes to drive member safety, engagement, service excellence, and clinical rigor. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH - Drive Operational Strategy: Translate strategy into operating plans and procedures, surfacing opportunities through data-informed analyses. You will own the operating system for the org
