Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

Duties Major duties include but are not limited to; Knowledge of a wide range of principles, processes, and techniques of trades within Facilities Management Service (i.e. Maintenance Mechanic, HVAC equipment mechanic, pipefitter, electrician, and carpenter) Supervises maintenance mechanics, maintenance workers, locksmith and other assigned trades Instructs the craftsmen in the proper methods of performing their duties and reviews and approves their work performed to include observance of all regulations on the assigned trade work, conduct, and safety with particular emphasis placed on the correct procedures to follow when working in sensitive areas; Prioritizing all assigned routine and emergency work orders for the daily shift, assigning preventive maintenance based on computer generated preventive schedules and other routine duties.
