Maintenance and Operations Supervisor

SUPERVISION: The incumbent oversees the Preventive Maintenance and Operations within the Maintenance department and is responsible for the implementation and management of an effective utility operation, maintenance, and repair program of all buildings, personal property and building service equipment for the New York Harbor HCS (NYHHCS), St. Albans Campus, including all CBOC and leased property sites throughout the related New York City area. The incumbent plans, directs, schedules, and supervises work performed by the Operation, Utility, Maintenance, and Repair and the shops and advises high-level Medical Center management. The incumbent will ensure equity of standards and ratings between teams, evaluate leaders, approve selection for subordinates, and recommend leader selection.
