About the role
The Senior Human Resources Specialist (Compensation and Policy) is responsible for the administration and proper functioning of the Court's automated time-keeping system, leave administration coordination, payroll process coordination with the Court's payroll provider, managing special incentive and benefit programs, managing and processing actions in the Federal Personnel and Payroll system (FPPS), monitoring debt management, unemployment compensation claims, and worker's compensation claims; and coordinating the flow of human resources information and data for Court Offices. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and modifying standard operating procedures and guidance across the incumbent's areas of responsibility, as well as coordination of the development and revision of human resources policy and procedures, and the development of standard operating procedures for other service areas in the Human Resources Office, in conjunction with other Human Resources personnel, and
