Health System Specialist

Assist in the development and implementation of effective patient care systems to achieve practice compliance with policies, manuals and Operations Orders for the department. Manage the information technology systems and applications used in the department which includes productivity applications, electronic communication, Electronic Health Records and population management. Perform healthcare administration and business practices to implement strategies to maximize the department’s capacity for enrollment in support of the organization performance plan. Use data from health system databases in order to monitor, trend and analyze, objectives and objective performance measures to include enrollments, patient satisfaction, quality measures, access, productivity and primary care manager continuity. Work with customer survey tools such as the Interactive Customer Evaluation, the Military Health System (MHS-TRICARE Outpatient Satisfaction Survey) and Satisfaction Survey.
