About the role
Ensure all Direct Health Care Provider Program (DHCPP) contracts are properly administered, monitored, and compliant with all terms, regulations, and performance requirements. Act as the primary liaison between departments, contractors, and the Contracting Officer—resolving issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring contractor performance. Perform ongoing monitoring, inspections, and documentation of contractor performance, including monthly reports, quality assurance checks, and corrective actions. Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), funding requests, cost analyses, and contract modifications using systems like GFEBS and VCE. Advise MEDCEN leadership on DHCPP policies, contract limitations, resource utilization, and program issues; support departments with training, staffing updates, and problem resolution.
