Traffic / Civil Engineer - Facilities - Mid Level (Maryland)

NSA is seeking traffic engineers to improve traffic flow and parking for its campuses located all over the world. You'll work with master planners and project managers on traffic engineering design and planning as part of our Installation & Logistics organization, which develops facilities solutions that align with mission-driven priorities to keep the nation safe. Your responsibilities may include: - Developing traffic designs, construction plans and specifications, including design analysis, calculations and cost estimates. - Conducting field investigations or studies and writing reports. - Preparing architecture-engineer (A-E) or design-build statements of work, performance requirements and cost estimates. - Performing design quality control of in-house and A-E traffic designs. - Conducting inspections of projects under construction, reviewing construction submittals, answering contractor RFIs and validating as-constructed drawings. - Performing routine and periodic inspections of f
