About the role
Serves as the principal management advisor and senior career officer for the Office of the AS-LMM, providing direction and leadership on the formulation and execution of the Bureaus' budgets, other fiscal and administrative service matters, audits, presidential and Departmental management initiatives, and special projects. Manages and oversees the planning and coordination of the sequence of events necessary to justification the Bureau budgets and personnel requests to the Department, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress. Advises and participates with the AS-LMM in budgeting and allocation of resources to the Bureaus, and the development and presentation of AS-LMM and secretarial policies and programs.
