Supervisory Wage and Hour Investigator

The Supervisory Wage & Hour Investigator (District Director) oversees all operations of the office, which encompasses, but is not restricted to, the following tasks: Plans, directs, monitors, assesses, and adjusts program activities within the district office jurisdiction. Responsible for all enforcement activity in the assigned district office jurisdiction, including national enforcement for which the district office serves as the Main Office District Office (MODO). Serves as the Main Office District Office (MODO) for investigations involving multiple district office jurisdictions and acts as the Wage and Hour Division national representative for all compliance activity involving multi-region enterprises. Exercises supervision over all of the Assistant District Directors and is responsible for all subordinate staff engaged in substantive program operations and support functions.
