About the role

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties which are not all-inclusive: Assists in the evaluation of the overall impact and effectiveness of assigned Wage Hour programs in the region in meeting the needs of the national program goals of the Wage and Hour Administrator. Serves as the Director of Operations' staff reviewer and advisor for regional program evaluation and control. Furnishes staff advice and assistance and reports as they relate to Wage Hour programs impacting the region. Assists in the direction of the program planning and management overviews in the areas of budget, personnel, procurement, health and safety, and information technology (IT). The incumbent supervises the Back Wage Financial Systems (BWFS) employees and directs a comprehensive review of ongoing financial systems, budget, procurement, personnel management, space, and IT within the region to ensure and enforce compliance by the District Offices with Wage Hour Nationa
