FORCE STRUCTURE AND SUSTAINMENT SPECIALIST

MAJCOM Enlisted Force Structure and Sustainment Management. Leads and facilitates MAJCOM enlisted force structure and sustainment program management and Site Action Task Force (SATAF) teams to identify requirements, determine timing/sequencing plans of action tailored to each basing actions' unique circumstances, and develop action items/milestones for immediate and long-range force structure basing plans. Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. Lead (and only) Personnel Chairperson for all ACC Site Action Task Forces (SATAF), representing the A1 Director to analyze and develop enlisted force structure and sustainment program planning for the full scope of ACC and CAF mission areas and major weapon systems, including but not limited to: CAF, ISR, and Cyberspace operations, maintenance, support, and training.
