SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

DUTY 1: As Deputy Director for Intelligence, the incumbent acts on behalf of the Director for Intelligence. Coordinates intelligence operations for the Directorate with the Command, LEAs, and higher HQ as necessary. DUTY 2: Plans and guides the development and maintenance of programs, processes, and capabilities for efficient intelligence support to federal and federally sponsored state and local enforcement agencies. DUTY 3: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees the work of various branches within the Directorate for Intelligence through subordinate supervisors. DUTY 4: Represents JTF-N at high-level intelligence meetings and conferences with the authority to establish position/view in all areas of drug related transnational threat intelligence. DUTY 5: Provides expert oversight and direction to all intelligence activities to ensure compliance with organizational core objectives and the DoD's intelligence oversight policy.
