Deputy Director Air Force Civil Engineer Center

The AFCEC Deputy Director serves as a senior executive leader for a 2,100-person Primary Staff Unit (PSU), providing full-spectrum installation engineering, infrastructure management, and environmental oversight for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) across more than 75 global sites. The AFCEC Deputy Director provides critical support to the AFCEC Commander in leading a diverse workforce of approximately 2,100 personnel. This role is responsible for a comprehensive portfolio that includes responsive installation engineering, enterprise infrastructure acquisition, facility investment planning, and design and construction oversight. The Deputy Director ensures operational excellence across Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Tyndall AFB, and 75 additional worldwide locations.
