SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will define areas of responsibility and authority; provide logistics policy guidance and overall logistics program direction. You will evaluate logistic functions, team and program progress, maintain workload, milestones, as well as metrics and other statistics. You will supervise and manage teams at the offsite locations who are directly responsible for providing material support measured by agreed upon metrics. You will perform a full range of duties as a first level supervisor including evaluating performance of subordinates and assigning and reviewing with employees their annual performance rating.
