PARALEGAL SPECIALIST

You will perform extensive independent research and analysis on questions assigned by counsel or raised by clients. You will assist Counsel in preparing legal memoranda and briefs by researching cases through primary sources and secondary material. You will assist with witness interview and preparation, organizes trail notebooks and exhibits, and attends hearings as a technical advisor. You will ensure initial and annual Confidential Financial Disclosure (OGE Form 450) reports are submitted by appropriate personnel.
