About the role
You will disassemble, examine, routes for process, assemble, modify, and repair assigned hydraulic, pneudraulic, fuel, pneumatic, and electrical accessories. You will work on systems such as hydromechanical fuel control systems for after burners, jet engines, and turbine powered systems; heating-refrigeration and aircraft compressors; servo hydraulic systems. You will perform interdependent adjustments and settings. You will communicate with production control on replacement parts; replace prescribed parts, check dimensions and tolerances of parts to determine the serviceability. You will operate flow device at a rate of speed, temperature and pressure required by pre-determined written directions. You will be responsible for trouble shooting and repairing problems that may occur during test.
