About the role
As a your typical work assignments may include: Conducting management and program analysis in support of strategic planning, program performance assessments, and operational analysis. Leading and/or participating in studies to improve assigned programs and/or influence policy changes that are typically long-range and highly complex. Monitoring changes to DEA policies and operational guidance and ensures their compliance within the division, which includes coordination of communication. Serving as an expert advisor to the Senior Program Analyst in supporting the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) on personnel, manpower and human capital program objectives, policies and technical matters. Identifying organizational conflicts or issues and corrects errors or recommends options for program conflict resolution.
