Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist (Branch Manager)

Provide advice, counsel, and instruction on both work and administrative matters, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing work environment. Provide strategic leadership for long- and short-range planning to support efficient and effective State and Regional survey activities through the development of national policies and training programs within the Division. Collaborate with subject-matter experts and Medicare and Medicaid stakeholders to develop, revise, and implement regulations, policies, guidelines, and practices that improve beneficiary outcomes. Develop key components of the annual QSOG Mission and Priority Document related to division program activities.
