About the role
As a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst, you will: Manage and direct the work of the materials management staff, ensuring inventory is accurately maintained, compliant, and readily available. Develop and oversee quality assurance, contract inspection, and material quality processes. Analyze logistical functions and material management systems to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide leadership, technical guidance, and professional development opportunities for staff. Foster and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, with other federal agencies, and with external industry partners. Serve as a key member of the logistics management leadership team, assisting in the development and implementation of strategic goals and policies.
