About the role
You will advise, prepare and process all awards for NNSY. You will develop plans, organize and conduct program surveys, audit, project, etc. and provide advisory services to management officials regarding awards programs in a large activity. You will collect; review, evaluate and interpret data; develop measurement criteria, procedures, and instruments to meet the needs of assigned study. You will prepare programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, project papers, etc., and present findings and options. You will attend meetings with managers and supervisors to help formulate improvement plans and strategies. You will publicize the Shipyard Incentive Awards Programs and evaluate trends in programs and take action to respond to those trends.
