PROGRAM ANALYST

You will identify over expenditures, interface with divisions within the department and recommend corrective actions to management. You will serve as the chief advisor to the Department Head in the development of manning plans, making manning decisions, and developing overtime budgets. You will identify corporate sponsored work and pursue funding via communication with NAVSEA or other shipyards/commands. You will develop the Department's labor budgets, overtime budgets, and non-labor budgets.
