About the role
You will evaluate overall shop and/or project workload, identify priorities, and shift assignments accordingly. You will evaluate short and long-term work schedules to identify and coordinate training, medical qualification, and work qualification requirements. You will determine facility and equipment requirements as well as availabilities. You will conduct risk assessment of new work requests and identity appropriate assist trades needed. You will direct resource and manning utilization and planning efforts for the Division. You will assign resources to a variety of projects to ensure personnel are available to perform work.
