Supervisory Biologist

Serves as a Supervisory Biologist responsible for the scientific and administrative leadership of a multidisciplinary team engaged in advanced research, monitoring, and management of aquatic and terrestrial invasive species, ecological restoration, and environmental compliance for water resource projects across the western United States. -Plans, assigns, and reviews the work of subordinate staff, setting and adjusting priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work in alignment with organizational goals. -Plans and organizes the overall activities of the projects and provides direct project management and technical oversight to team members. -Provides comprehensive oversight for the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex scientific research, monitoring, and management projects within the Invasive Species Laboratory. -Guides the development and implementation of advanced methodologies, protocols, and standards for both field and laboratory investigations, particularly
