SUPERVISORY CIVIL ENGINEER (INSTRUMENTATION)

This position is located within the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Technical Service Center, LAKEWOOD, COLORADO At the full performance level (GS-14) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Civil Engineering: Knowledge of the concepts, principles, theories, and methods required to prepare analyses (including evaluating performance of existing structures or as a basis for design development), designs, drawings, proposals, scopes of work, specifications, and cost estimates for heavy-civil and power generation projects throughout the planning, design, construction, and operation phases. Perform peer reviews and assure an appropriate level of technical review is incorporated into the group work products. Develop and maintain technology necessary to support work products that contribute to Reclamation's mission.
