About the role
Financial Manager primary duties consist of the following, but are not limited to: Develop, review, and recommend financial plans and fund distributions to support Medical Center and satellite operations. Continually revise short- and long-term financial plans in response to evolving programs, patient needs, and operational priorities. Monitor and analyze financial performance, resource utilization, and program impacts to ensure solvency and effective budget execution. Analyze complex financial operational data to provide executive-level recommendations to leadership. Conduct cost studies and workload analyses to identify financial trends, operational issues, and resource needs. Evaluate program effectiveness by reviewing financial reports, identifying problem areas, and recommending corrective actions.
