SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Civilian Personnel Flight. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and force support objectives. Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Administers appointing and associated authorities on behalf of the Commander for federal civil service personnel at an Air Force (AF) installation.
