Staff Product Designer

About the Role Hinge Health values design as a strategic partner in shaping product direction and member experience. As a Staff Product Designer on the Outcomes Pod, you will focus on helping people understand, log, and act on their progress over time. At the Staff level, you will lead large ambiguous problem spaces, shape product vision and strategy with partners, and align senior leaders around a clear design point of view. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other cross-functional teammates to turn complex, data-rich, emotionally sensitive moments into simple and motivating experiences. We are looking for a designer with strong UI/UX craft, deep product thinking, and the ability to simplify complex clinical data into comprehensible member-facing insights.
