About the role
Serves as the principal career advisor to the Administrator and Deputy Administrator on all matters related to the wage determination program as required under the Service Contract Act (SCA) and the Davis Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA). Ensures construction and service contract wage determinations are regularly updated with prevailing wage rates. Establishes an aggressive, innovative, and effective program, which includes visions, strategies, and implementation plans, for conducting Agency-wide business integration of data management, including the efficient accomplishment of WHD's wage determination programs. Provides executive leadership, oversight, and integration of Agency efforts to control and implement large-scale data management strategies and related activities that cultivate data integrity.
