Management and Program Analyst

As a GS-14 Management and Program Analyst, duties will consist of, but are not limited to the following: Develops and maintains system for tracking workflows associated with the WHD audits to enhance transparency, accountability and audit readiness. Responsible for comparing data and written responses against audit requests and overall audit scope, and for recommending changes to optimize the balance between program requirements and the ability to execute the requirements. Develops strategies, recommends innovative solutions to address issues of significance, and ensures the effectiveness, accuracy, and consistency of the material furnished. Responsible for formulating and directing development of policy, procedures, and methodology for all Agency audit-related activities and application of audit-related statutes, policies, and regulations.
