About the role
Serves as a Program Manager, first line supervisor, and recognized subject matter expert for IMCOM G9, Child, Youth and School Services Division, within Community-Based Programs, Parent and Outreach, or Schools Programs. Works under the general supervision of the Schools, Community and Outreach Branch Chief. Plans and assigns work to subordinates, sets priorities, and establishes schedules for work completion. Evaluates overall performance of assigned employees and provides appropriate recognition. Ensures assigned CYS Services Program conforms to all applicable DoD and Army policy, IMCOM G9 standards, Congressional legislation, public law, and with the most current applicable industry standards. Oversees and monitors implementation of policies, plans, standards, and procedures for assigned CYS Services program and develops guidance for CYS Services programs Army-wide.
