SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor & program analyst/manager, applying military operational experience in the planning, directing, organizing, execution, reporting of assigned command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance (C4ISR) programs, Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 605 TES, ensuring that OT&E complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents 605 TES with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Provides technical guidance, leadership, advisory support, and assistance on an entire project and/or majorphases for broad and varied operations.
