About the role
The Associate Director, Revolving Funds (Program/Budget) leads a select staff of professional budget analysts and performs the following major functions: Provides direction to a professional staff with full supervision and management authority, overseeing long-range planning, goal setting, and staff evaluation. Ensures a viable planning structure and system of priorities and scheduling to meet requirements and objectives. Reviews and analyzes highly complex and variable revolving funds, including the Military Services Working Capital Funds (WCF) and Defense-Wide WCF activities, the Defense Commissary Agency programs, the Pentagon Reservation Maintenance Revolving Fund, the Building Maintenance Fund, the Defense Logistics Agency Strategic Materials program, and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency WCF activity.
