Senior Advisor, Construction and Maintenance Operations Center

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leads the "Perform to Plan" (P2P) and Submarine Shipyard (SUB SYD) initiatives, utilizing advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify and eliminate barriers in the submarine construction, maintenance and deployment pipeline. Responsible for analyzing vast amounts of data across the PESTONI pillars (Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Network, and Infrastructure) and will provide the strategic insights necessary to ensure the undersea force maintains a competitive advantage over global adversaries. Design and execute pioneering operations research studies that address complex, multifaceted variables where no previous analytical precedent exists. Responsible for developing and sustaining sophisticated analytical products, modeling historical depot maintenance trends, and providing future projections of fleet readiness to senior leadership.
