Management Analyst

The Management Analyst serves in a consultant role to hospital leadership (primarily the Associate Director) providing evaluation, guidance, recommendations, and oversight of activities related to workload capture, resource utilization, information management, revenue enhancement, and to develop business intelligence solutions to improve hospital efficiency.Duties include but are not limited to: Conducts studies, analyzes findings, and makes recommendations to management (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of hospital program operations Collects and examines data, reviews hospital administrative workflows, and designs solutions using available business intelligence tools and technological solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hospital operations Conducts formal and informal training programs relevant to business intelligence technologies and solutions, reporting, and data/validation/certification Conducts surveys or rev
