About the role
The primary purpose of this position is: To provide the full range of aviation management resources for the unit pertaining to assigned rated/ non-rated/ career enlisted/non-career enlisted aircrew. Provide accurate data analysis to unit and operational leadership, ensuring force and resource readiness to accomplish unit mission and an effective liaison with other agencies, functions, and individuals. Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. DUTIES: DUTY 1: Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. Serves as an advisor/principle contact for unit leadership and other management officials.
