HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

Serves as a Human Resources Specialist and advisor with DISA management and the service provider Office responsible for a broad range of staffing functions. Provides staffing advisory services affecting unstable organizations with a wide variety of difficult position and personnel actions which are often sensitive and extremely difficult in nature. Provides advice and guidance to management officials on a variety of HR operational problems. Applies a comprehensive knowledge of human resource management to advise on the full range of life cycle functions. Recommends corrective actions, system changes and develops policy or business process changes to implement recommendations.
