MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Provide direction and oversight of administrative support, civilian personnel, and manpower programs for DISA Central Field Command. Coordinates all civilian personnel actions; Requests for Personnel Actions (RPA), Requirements Work Orders (RWO), Non-recruit requests for position review/desk audit, etc. (ORPA). Maintains civilian personnel records Responsible for command timekeeping and assists with schedule modifications, error resolutions and payroll procedures. Function as command Defense Travel System Manager ensuring full regulatory compliance while providing comprehensive traveler support. Analyzes civilian human resources processes including policies and procedures governing information management, tracking personnel actions and workforce placement, to assess efficiency, compliance, and program effectiveness.
