EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

You will perform the full range of specialized technical functions associated with the EEO program. You will receive aggrieved employees and applicants, requests for filing informal and formal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints. You will provide guidance to EEO Counselors in pre-complaint inquiries and the establish Alternative Dispute Resolution process. You will analyze and evaluate data which uncovers, examines and removes barriers to equal participation at all levels of the workforce. You will work with HR and Legal in order to receive valid date for compliance assessments.
