ACQUISITION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Serves as a technical expert and advisor to CDM on policy, practices and procedures governing issues related to acquisition and contracting, particularly as they relate to CDM project execution. Executes an active role in the definition and development of project strategies in order to ensure operational needs are translated into executable projects while identifying and managing risk. Communicates and integrates the organization's acquisition strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services. Maintains a continuous liaison with other senior staff, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD offices at the SES level to integrate CDM priority support actions impacting CCMDs/CSA.
