1. Leads Sixteenth Air Force, Air Forces Cyber, Joint Force Headquarters Cyber Air Force operations assessments and lessons learned programs. 2. Employs scientific and analytical techniques to define, quantify, and evaluate the feasibility of assigned projects, studies or problems. 3. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Policy, Assessments and Lessons Learned Division, ensuring that operational assessments and lessons learned comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. 4. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 5. Represents Sixteenth Air Force and Lessons Learned Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
