As a Supervisory IT SPECIALIST (GROUP MANAGER), you will: Assign employee work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements. Keep senior managers informed of any issues or requests by customers that might be elevated to a higher level. Oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of major project areas.
