About the role
You will read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD sketches, cross-referencing them with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and technical manuals. You will ensure all industrial plant equipment (IPE) installations meet stringent facilities requirements documents and comply with state and federal codes and regulations. You will oversee real property equipment replacement and installation (HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, electrical transformers, and other critical building systems), ensuring project plans and deliverables include defined maintenance requirements. You will manage all aspects of facility sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) projects at FRCSW, serving as the primary technical authority to ensure facility repairs provide seamless support to the end user.
