SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as principal advisor to the Executive Director and Commanding Officer on the operational impact of new DoD/DoN mandates, recommending command-level implementation strategies to mitigate operational risk and optimize command resources. You will lead strategic planning initiatives for the command, defining local long-range goals, establishing performance metrics, and restructuring command programs to align with higher-echelon strategic intent. You will direct and provide executive oversight for command support programs, including Total Force Management/Human Capital Management, Information Technology, Security, Public Affairs, and the command Inspector General (IG) program.
