About the role
Serves as the subject matter expert on Interagency Agreements, advising stakeholders, overseeing agreement development, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Manages and tracks reimbursable agreements, including revenue, billing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data to support business development and reporting. Conducts program analysis to evaluate performance, assess progress on strategic priorities, and recommend improvements to leadership. Leads process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Develops reports and analyzes operational data to support decision-making and ensure effective program management. Serves as a project lead on special initiatives, coordinating activities, establishing milestones, and supporting HR lifecycle services. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to respond to audits, inquiries, and organizational priorities.
