About the role
Leads team members by distributing work, tracking progress, communicating priorities, and supporting training, problem solving, and work planning. Provides technical support for processing personnel actions, including appointments, promotions, adjustments, realignments, and reorganizations. Reviews personnel action documentation, resolves incomplete or incorrect data, and identifies corrective actions for non-routine processing issues. Reconstructs employment history and reviews records to verify service computation dates, career tenure, pay-setting, and record accuracy. Supports personnel recordkeeping by tracking documents, resolving pending cases, and recommending improvements to records processes. Coordinates with payroll, benefits, staffing, and customer agencies to support onboarding, personnel processing, and employee records services. Provides project support by sharing service data, production statistics, process input, and technical guidance for reimbursable HR services.
