IT Project Manager (SYSTEMS ANALYSIS)

Provides project management oversight for the implementation of ServiceNow projects. Monitors and tracks development projects to ensure platform governance and quality control. Supports ServiceNow applications through the use of agile development methodology. Serves as project scrum master with responsibility for planning, coordinating, directing and controlling the efforts of an integrated scrum teams. Facilitates engagement between customers and technical subject matter experts to identify and document opportunities, assess impacts, and mitigate risks to development plans. Develop and/or employs tools and methods to track progress throughout the life cycle of the project. Evaluate the status and progress of work accomplished in terms of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in achieving objectives. Updates plans and recommends changes to agile procedures in response to evolving circumstances, resources, or objectives, and ensures deadlines and priorities are met. Represents the agen
