Program Manager

Major Duties: Manages a business unit consisting of the hospital functions of multiple facilities that are responsible for the intake of patients, insurance verification, billing, customer service, and performance reporting. Controls the operational unit of the CPAC, that is designed to match to the process requirements for efficient delivery of results. Supports the overall CPAC performance and has responsibility for delivering service and revenue results that meet the expectations of the CPAC CEO, VISN and CC executive management. Collects revenue for all the facilities assigned to the CPAC and must organize and control the CPAC employees located in each facility as well as the operational staff located within the CPAC. Supports an effective compliance program that trains employees in the proper execution of their duties and motivates them to comply with all laws, rules and regulations.
