ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

You will develop performance plans, evaluate work performance of subordinates, and provide recommended rating of record. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinate, sets and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedule for completion of work. You will oversee initiation, accuracy, processing and timely completion of all recruitment and personnel actions. You will oversee processing and approval of military enlisted performance evaluations, officer fitness reports and all military personnel actions such as reenlistments, extensions, transfers, gains and special screenings. You will oversee processing of travel requests and travel claims. You will direct data processing and filing of Force Protection Incident Reports. You will represent the commander in meetings, seminars, and conferences in respective area of responsibility.
