Ensures all real property transactions are supported by proper documentation to maintain audit readiness. Conducts annual completeness surveys of random sample population to ensure that all existing physical assets are identified and validated in the APSR. Manages the entire facility lifecycle, beginning with the acquisition of new property and the meticulous documentation of all capital movements and recapitalizations. Administers facility turn-ins and transfers from tenant units and activities. Prepares and consolidates all supporting documents for complete disposal package. Responsible for Processing conversions (permanent changes in the use of a facility) and diversions (temporary changes in use).
